Our Teachers

Our teachers have experience in many styles of yoga, as well as aromatherapy, sound healing, physical therapy, and many other wellness tools and modalities.

Though we have different styles and perspectives, we all seek to create a welcoming and calming space for you to connect on a deeper level to your body, mind, and spirit through yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation.

Come try a class and become part of our yoga community today!

Trina’s first yoga class was a faith-based restorative class. As a mother of seven, she made a discovery: The mat was where she could finally breathe, move, and meet the Lord in stillness. Now, having completed a 200-hour training through The Living Soul Institute, Trina specializes in faith-based vinyasa. Her classes challenge the body, lift the spirit, and remind students that peace is always within reach.
